Christmas Dinner 2021
With Christmas season around the corner, with students not able to return home for the holidays due to the travel restrictions from the pandemic and the recent flood disaster in certain states. The university hosted a Christmas Eve dinner to bring joy and cheer to our students – this season together!
Although we would still do our best to make it special, the atmosphere would not be anywhere near to what a celebration would be with our family. We served a partial Christmas dinner which includes food like BBQ-chicken, baked potatoes, salad and local cuisine. And to wash it down, we had a Christmas punch with cranberry juice, and all these while Christmas music playing in the background. There were games – with lotsa fun & laughter as promised – a picture paints a thousand words! It was definitely the highlight of the year, an opportunity for our students to engage in collaborative experience, since the campus re-opened after the Movement Control Order (MCO).
As we look forward to a better year ahead of us, may this season of joy and light pierce through the dark cloud which is hovering over us. Here’s wishing you Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
