Entry Requirements
  • Master’s degree in related field or other equivalent qualification accepted by MIU Senate
  • International students are required to achieve a minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS OR Band 3 in MUET OR its equivalent
  • Note: may be additional non-academic entry requirements.

MOB 1014- Research Methodology

  • Expose to concept, characteristics, and philosophy of research.
  • Identification of research problems, planning and designing scientific research
  • Understanding of statistical theories, concepts, and their application in biotechnological research
  • Interpret Bio-statistical concepts with their relevance and applications to evaluate the scientific data.

POB 1024 – IPR, Bioethics and Biosafety

  • To provide biotechnologist the knowledge to handle biotechnological innovations (Modern Biotechnology)
  • Understanding the concept and ethical issues involved in with respect to the Living Modified Organisms.
  • Hazard Identification and Risk Characterization
