Manipal International University today welcomed 78 students from SMK Tun Aminah, Batu Pahat, Johor who were accompanied by 9 of their teachers. The students are in Forms 4 & 5.

Their day at our campus started with a motivational talk, after which they were divided into 10 groups. Each group was given sugar paper, straws, glue, and scissors and assigned to “Build something that Makes You Happy” and present on their creation at the end of the day.

Following that, our Deputy Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zanuldin Ahmad took to the stage to introduce our university as well as talk on being an engineer and the various career paths available to an engineer.

At the end of the day, out the many items that were created by the students with the materials that they were given which included a coke bottle and a person, it was a lightsaber which brought the winning title to its team of creators proving that the force is indeed with them.
