MQA Accreditors' Visit to MIU

On the 24th & 25th of February, the accreditation council from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) paid a visit to Manipal International University for the final accreditation of MIU's Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology) (Hons) programme.
Following a productive and engaging meeting, invaluable knowledge was gained from members of the accreditation council and the meeting ended on a positive note. With guidance from the MQA, we are sure that the university and its students will continue to thrive with programmes of study that continuously grow and improve over time.
Aside from being a benchmark for quality, being MQA accredited also provides many other advantages for students of the programme such as eligibility to apply for a loan from funding agencies such as the National Higher Education Fund (PTPTN) and improved chances of employment in both the government and private sectors.
